Life lesson: When you're renting, make sure the place you're moving into has a working refrigerator BEFORE you move into it.
That's my tip for today.
Oh, and, get rid of most of your crap before you move, too. I'm on seven boxes and counting for the Salvation Army...

And it's amazing how those "treasures" aren't so treasurable once you realize you don't have anywhere to hoard them. LOL
I don't have to pay for the fridge, thank God. But it's been damned inconvenient not having one for the last 4 days.

Yes - definitely get rid of the crap before you move! I didn't realize how much "stuff" I had in my attic until I moved into a new house. Now I try to get rid of things every couple of years.

Going through stuff every couple of years is the way to go, absolutely. It'd be nice if I could get myself to do that. LOL
